Q:

Should you floss before or after brushing your teeth

Answer

You should floss before brushing. Floss every time you brush, which should be at least three a day. Thanks for using ChaCha!

It does not matter if you floss before or after you brush your teeth. Lots of people do it before they brush, but either way is approved by dentists. I always do it after I brush. So whatever feels comfortable to you. ChaCha on!
