W hy do the men try to discourage the two young soldiers from having the doctor operate on their flat feet, all quiet on the western front?
Flat Feet would keep you from being put out on the war front, however you could have surgery on them but it was still risky. The man discouraged the young soldiers from having the surgery because they could be crippled for life. Any other questions? ChaCha again!
