Was Kim Jong Il bad?
Kim Jong Il (Feb 16 1942 to Dec 17 2011) was the leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) from July of 1994 to his death at the age of 70. He was a master of brinkmanship, and turned threat after threat into aid for his impoverished and xenophobic nation.
