Wat is a leg flutter?
A leg flutter is an ab exercise. You do them by laying on your back with your feet at a 45 degree angle. Use your abs to pull your shoulder blades off the mat. Raise your arms to a 45 degree angle and flutter (move) them up and down alternatively.
