What's teh difference between GIMP and photoshop?
GIMP is a free, open source alternative to Photoshop. It's not quite as powerful or as useful, but anyone with the proper knowledge can edit the program code to improve and tweak GIMP's functionality. If you're not doing something professionally, GIMP is a great tool and will save you the $600 that Photoshop costs.
