What age can you get a piercing in Yuma with out parent consent?
In the state of AR you need to have parental consent to get any sort of piercing if you are under the age of 18. Shops can get fined several thousand dollars if they pierce or ink a minor without consent of the parent or guardian. Anything other than your ears being pierced has to have parental consent.
