Symptoms of appendicitis are aching pain that begins around your navel and often shifts to your lower right abdomen, nausea, diarrhea, pain that worsens if you cough, walk or make other jarring movements, low-grade fever and abdominal swelling. Also a loss of appetite, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Some may have constipation and diarrhea. ChaCha on!
