What does "uke" mean in Japanese?

Topics: TravelWorld LanguagesJapanese Language

Uke usually means a boy who is the girl in a gay relationship. They are often characterized with cute faces, smaller statures, and usually have either a gentle, feminine disposition or a loud, rebellious one (but we all know he gets soft in the end). They are the ones being dominated in the relationship ('bottoming' if you catch my drift).
