Once a female cat reaches puberty, she becomes known as a queen. Thanks for using ChaCha!
Unless a female cat is in heat or is with kittens, she is called a "Queen". Other than that she is just a female cat.
A female cat that has reached puberty is called a queen and mine certainly live up to that word - regal and condescending. ChaCha!
