You get heat rash from the heat, so sitting in the sun isn't the best idea if you are sensitive to it. Heat rash is a skin irritation caused by excessive sweating during hot, humid weather.

About Rash
A rash is a change of the skin that can affect its color, appearance or texture. It could be localized to just one part of the body, or cover the entire body. They can cause the skin to change color, itch, become warm, bumpy, dry, cracked, blistered, swell and might be painful. Rashes can be caused by any number of things from allergic reactions to measles. If a rash persists for more than a couple days, you should see a medical professional immediately as it may be a sign of something worse. Usually some calamine lotion does the trick though.
