What is cOngress?
Congress is the name for the 2 bodies of the US government that compromise the Legislative Branch, the House of Representatives and the Senate, that meet in the US Capitol building. The members of Congress are elected by the people, and create the laws that govern the country (which the President then enacts and the Supreme Court looks at to confirm its Constitutionality).
