What is hanukkah?
Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday observed by the lighting of the lights of a unique 9 branched Menorah or Hanukiah, 1 additional light is lit on each night of the holiday, progressing to eight on the final night. Typically 3 blessings are recited during the 8-day festival. The blessings are said before or after the candles are lit depending on tradition. ChaCha anytime!
