LSD was 1st thought to be sort of a 'Truth Serum' and could be used on prisoners of war but that failed. The public got ahold of it in the 1960's and became an instant hippie craze! it makesyou have visual, auditory, and tactile hallucinations and delusions but can't killyou unless it's unpure, which it's not easy to find pure LSD anymore so be careful! About LSD
LSD, also known as acid, not really known a lysergic acid diethylamide, is semisynthetic psychedelic hallucinogen derived from a fungus called ergot that grows on rye. Ergot is believed to be what caused the visions that led to the Witch Trials in Salem, Ma in the 1690s. The effects of LSD include altered thinking processes, closed and open eye visuals, altered sense of time and spiritual experiences.
