What is the best country in the world?
The U.N. Development Program has measured countries for years. In 2004, they ranked Norway and Sweden first and second out of 175 countries, with the United States coming in eighth! ChaCha etc

Obviously this is subjective. I am quite fond of Sweden and France. I suspect New Zealand and Canada are in the running.
