Muscles 1. Bench Press - Warm up with 2 sets of 15 reps each, 4 heavy sets of not more than 10,8,6 and 4 reps. Use the heaviest weight possible & a spotter. Incline Bench Press - 3 Heavy sets of 8,6 and 4 reps. Dumbbells Flyes - 4 sets of 10,8,6 & 4 reps.
