What is the difference between the definition of a condominium and an apartment one owns?
Usually you own a condo, but rent an apartment. If you own your apartment, then legally there is no difference from a condo.

An apartment normally offers everything a traditional home would, including a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, but in a more limited layout.
