The current minimum wage rate in New Jersey is $7.15/hour which went into effect October 1, 2006 & incr to $7.25 July 24, 2009.

Minimum wage in New Jersey is currently $7.15. It will go up to $7.25 on July 24, 2009. That is an increase of 10 cents an hour.
