4 ladies myself included recently went to San Francisco as tourists. One of the party had a broken arm so we parked our rental car by the curb to unload our bags and hers. There was not spaces next to the outside checkin so we parked about 50 feet beyond the check in counter. The lady with the broken arm was sitting in the car while we unloaded our luggage & hers. A police woman issued us a ticket while we were delivering our luggage to the check out counter. My friend Jane Wise has already paid the airport ticked plus your ticket of $30.00. I am writing to tell you that I think this is outrageous and personally have spoken to all of our grown children which number 7 plus their spouses and between us 8 grandchildren and we have all agreed that we will never rent a car from Hertz or an affilliate again. I do hope the $30.00 was worth it because we all atake at least 2 to 3 trips with our families and friends each year and usually rent cars from Hertz. This will not happen in the future. Normally I would let this go but I feel that the ticket was not justified in the first place and this add on charge just added insult to injury. I feel it is time to speak out and let companies know that you can be Dead Right as in this case. No further business for you.
