What is the recipe for puppy chow?

1/2 stick butter. 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, 9 c. Corn Chex, 2 c. powdered sugar. Melt butter, chips and peanut butter in microwave for 2 minutes. Mix in Corn Chex cereal. Mix with powdered sugar.
