Nowhere. No country permits free unlimited use of marijuana; in no jurisdiction is it fully legal. However, there are a few areas that permit marijuana use but have many restrictions on it.

Marijuana use for medical reasons is legal in 13 states. There is nowhere that marijuana is legal without a medical reason.

California allows use of marijuana as a prescription medicine. Some other countries allow personal use & some possession only.

About Marijuana
Marijuana is a plant that can be smoked and ingested for use as a psychoactive drug. Marijuana is also know as cannabis, weed and pot. It can be used as a stimulant, depressant and hallucinogenic. The plant can be used for medical purposes, however local laws can differ from state to state. Use of marijuana dates back to the third millennium B.C and was used for rituals and ceremonies. It's estimated that 22.5 million people throughout the world use Marijuana on a daily basis.
