Thirteen states have enacted laws that legalized medical marijuana. Alaska has a 1 oz usable limit, Oregon 24 oz usable. ChaCha!
Marijuana use for medical reasons is legal in 13 states. There is nowhere that marijuana is legal without a medical reason.
Marijuana is not fully legal anywhere, but in California prescription marijuana is widely available.
California allows use of marijuana as a prescription medicine. Some other countries allow personal use & some possession only.
