In my opinion Jessica Marie Alba is absolutely the hottest girl in the world. She was born April 28, 1981 and is 28 years old.
What one person thinks is hot may not be the same to another person, but I think the hottest person in the world is Jessica Alba.
The answer to that is entirely opinion. My opinion is that Kristen Bell is the hottest girl in the world, but you may disagree.
