About Paramore

Paramore, a rock band from Franklin, TN, was formed in 2004 and became a household name among teenagers when it was part of the Twilight movie sound track.

Lead vocalist and keyboardist Hayley Williams, lead guitarist Josh Farro, bassist Jeremy Davis, drummer Zac Farro, and rhythm guitarist Taylor York have seen their popularity rise since then. Their debut album, 'All We Know is Falling' (2005), was soon followed by 'Riot' (2007), which went platinum in the US and Gold in Australia, Canada, NZ and the UK. The band's third album 'Brand New Eyes' was released in 2009, and is their highest-selling album to date.   During the summer and fall of 2010, Paramore will be on tour in the U.S. and Europe, along with Tegan and Sara and New Found Glory.

Known for: American singer and songwriter, and the lead vocalist of the group Paramore.

Starting at the age of 13, Williams moved from Meridian, Mississippi, to Franklin, Tennessee, where she met band members Josh and Zac Farro. While still in school, she met Jeremy Davis when she tried out for a local cover band called The Factory. They are now members of the band called Paramore whose music is considered emo or pop-punk. Paramore gained wider popularity among teens when their songs 'Decode' and 'I Caught Myself' were included in the Twilight movie soundtrack.
