Dexter Issac, an inmate serving life in prison, has admitted to the 1994 robbery and shooting of Tupac Shakur that fueled the rivalry between the East and West coast rap scenes and eventually led to the deaths of Tupac in 1996 and Notorious BIG in 1997. He claims he was paid $2,500 by rap manager James Rosemond and Diddy to rob and shoot Tupac (who survived at the time). He also said he knows who actually killed him but isn't releasing that info at this time. ChaCha Rocks!

Dexter Issac, a prison inmate, claims he was paid $2500 by rap manager James Rosemond and P. Diddy to rob and shoot Tupac Shakur in 1994. This event violently fueled the hatred between rappers from the east and west coasts and led to the 1996 death of Tupac and the 1997 death of Notorious BIG. He says he knows who killed them, but isn't saying who just yet. He also said, 'I would like to give their mothers some closure. It's about time that some one did, and I will do so at a different time.'
