If you have too many carbs in your diet (like bread, pasta and sugar) you will get hungrier than if you eat more lean protein (turkey, chicken, fish). Protein satisfies much better. ChaCha again.
Hunger is partly controlled by a region of your brain called the hypothalamus, your blood sugar level & how empty your stomach is.
Your hungry because your stomach and hormones are telling your body that it needs food for energy. Thank you, ChaCha!
Hunger is a feeling experienced usually followed by a desire to eat. Perhaps your body is trying to tell you to nourish it.
