If you have too many carbs in your diet (like bread, pasta and sugar) you will get hungrier than if you eat more lean protein (turkey, chicken, fish). Protein satisfies much better. ChaCha again.

Hunger is partly controlled by a region of your brain called the hypothalamus, your blood sugar level & how empty your stomach is.
