Barack Obama won the election because he received 364 electoral voties, while John McCain only received 163. ChaCha again soon!
Obama won the election because he received the most electoral votes. There are 270 required electoral votes to be president.
President Obama won the last election because the nation was ready for change, plus he won the youth, and the minority vote.
Obama was able to draw in more Independant, and younger voters than McCain did. Go ChaCha!
