'America's Got Talent' is a reality competition created by Simon Cowell that airs on NBC. The series features various types of performers who compete for a prize that includes one million dollars and a Las Vegas headlining show. Since season 5, the winner has also become the headliner of a national tour. A panel of judges, which includes Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and Howie Mandel, decide which acts will go through to the live performance shows, during which the American public is able to vote for their favorites.
