April Michelle Bowlby (born July 30, 1980) is an American actress, best known for her role as Stacy on Drop Dead Diva, and also for the supporting role as Kandi, Alan Harper's dim-witted girlfriend and subsequent ex-wife in the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. Bowlby was born in Vallejo before moving to Manteca as a child and attending East Union High School. She studied ballet and French at Moorpark College before deciding to pursue an acting career. She studied drama with Ivana Chubbuck and secured a role in a major television series (Kimberlin/Kandi in Two and a Half Men) within months of her first Hollywood audition. Bowlby has appeared on many television series including CSI as Kaitlin Rackish in 2004, CSI: NY as Jenny Lee in 2005, Freddie as Sydney in 2005, Stacked as Jasmine in 2005 and How I Met Your Mother as Meg in 2007. Bowlby took on the role of Natasha in All Roads Lead Home, a 2007 film about a 12-year-old girl who loses her mother in an automobile accident.
