Assassin's Creed is a video game developed by Ubisoft that puts the player in the role of an assassin in the 12th century during the last crusades. The game recreates the cities of Acre, Jerusalem and Damascus with amazing accuracy.
Assassin’s Creed is a two part series of games developed by Ubisoft Montreal. The first of the series is Assassin’s Creed and the sequel Assassin’s Creed II. Assassin’s Creed was released in November of 2007 while the sequel was released in November 2009.
In Assassin’s Creed you play as Desmond, a bartender kidnapped by Abstergo Industries, in hopes of them unlocking a memory from his ancestors. Abstergo uses a machine called the Animus to have Desmond relive his ancestor’s memories and further progress them to get to the memory they are wanting.
When inside the Animus the player takes control of Altair ibn La-Ahad, Desmond’s ancestor, during the period of 1191 AD. As Altair the player must carry out missions for the Brotherhood which include assassinations, spying, thieving, and more. Players can sneak up behind foes and take them out with their hidden blade or go head to head with their sword drawn out.
In Assassin’s Creed II, Desmond returns to the Animus (version 2.0) and relives memories from another ancestor, Ezio Audtitore da Firenze. This time around the story takes place in the late 15th century. Assassin’s Creed II allows players to move more freely than its predecessor which player more linear.
Unlockable: Unlimited Eagle Vision
After beating the game, you can use Eagle Vision inside the Animus at any time, regardless of your health level (Synchronization).
