Black Eyed Peas

Black Eyed Peas

In 1995, a group of break-dancers formed The Black Eyed Peas, an intentionally diverse group that stressed a positive message combined with irresistible club hits. They are the number one most downloaded group on iTunes.

About Black Eyed Peas

The BEP's entry into the big leagues came with their album 'Elephunk,' featuring top music names such as Justin Timberlake, Papa Roach, and Brazilian legend Sergio Mendez. They also welcomed Fergie into the band.

In September 2009, Oprah invited the Black Eyed Peas to play live for her 24th season kick-off party, for which she blocked off Michigan Avenue in Chicago and a flash mob of 21,000 dancers performed to the BEP's I Gotta Feeling.

The BEP's performed during the halftime show at the 2011 Super Bowl. Their act included hundreds of light up dancers and a medley of all their biggest hits.

Some of the BEP's biggest hits include ''Let's Get It Started,'' ''Where is the Love,'' ''Boom Boom Pow,'' ''My Humps'' and ''I Gotta Feeling.''
