About Bow Wow

Known for: His #1 hit, Bounce With Me and movie 'Like Mike' (2002)

Bow Bow, originally known as Kid Gangsta, is an American actor and rapper. He was given the name Lil’ Bow Wow by Snoop Dogg who was impressed after seeing him at the Chronic Tour. He is now known as Bow Wow.

Bow Wow started rhyming at age three and rapping around age five. His debut album, 'Beware of Dog' reached double platinum. His hit single, Bounce with Me, reached #1 and placed him in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the youngest rapper with a #1 hit.

Bow Wow is also an actor. He first appeared at an early age in the television shows 'Moesha' and 'The Steve Harvey Show.' His first major acting debut was in the film 'Like Mike' (2002).

Look for Bow Wow in films such as 'Johnson Family Vacation' (2004), 'The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift' (2006), and 'Lottery Ticket' (2010).
