Brian James Dugan is an American serial killer and rapist who was active between 1983 and 1985 in the western subrbs of Chicago. After Illinois governor Patrick Quinn abolished capital punishment in 2011, Brian Dugan's death row sentence for the 1983 murder of 10 year-old Jeanine Nicarico was communted to life in prison.
