The entire eastern side of Delaware is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the state is a popular destination for beach-goers. Rehoboth Beach, together with the towns of Lewes, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, South Bethany, and Fenwick Island, comprise Delaware's beach resorts.
