In 2009, the Express Division shipped over 842 million packages to 8 million customers, using 62,000 vehicles.

DHL's Mail Division is the leading global provider for international mail. The Mail Division employs around 2,000 people.

DHL Global Forwarding is the global leader in the air and ocean freight. Together, Global Forwarding and Freight employ around 40,000 people and carried almost 4 million tons of cargo by air alone in 2009.

DHL's is also the global leader for contract supply chain solutions, providing around 23 million square meters of storage space at 2,400 warehouses in over 60 different countries and territories. This division employs around 120,000 people.
