F-Factor Diet
Tanya Zuckerbrot introduced the F-Factor diet. She is a dietitian with 10 years of clinical experience. The F-Factor Diet instills key principles to eating healthier during a four-week program that you can maintain for years to come. The F-Factor diet will not eliminate specific foods, but instead will introduce positive foods to your diet. These ideals are centered around scientific certainties that do not waver to suit the newest trend diets.
About F-Factor Diet
The 'F' factor stands for fiber, the foundation of this diet. Fiber offers no calories and is not digestible. Eating foods high in fiber will make you feel fuller, helping you make it through the day without inopportune hunger pangs that leave you reaching for unhealthy solutions. This high fiber diet will include heavy amounts of fruit, vegetables and grains. In addition to high fiber, you'll eat plenty of lean proteins like chicken and fish.
On this diet, the foods you eat are real foods with no fancy ingredients. You can buy everything you need at any grocery store or easily choose meals at your favorite restaurants. The meals you eat will be more satisfying so that you will have an easy time avoiding high calorie snacks and junk food between meals.
The F-Factor diet is inexpensive, safe (providing the participant has no allergy to wheat) and allows dieters to decrease their weight at a sensible sustainable pace rather than yo-yo diet for months and years to come.
