Known for: Jim Carrey is known for his wacky sense of humor. He made himself famous in films such as 'Ace Ventura' and 'Dumb and Dumber', as well as in animated films such as 'How the Grinch Stole Christmas' and 'A Christmas Carol'. Jim Carrey started his comedic career on 'Saturday Night Live'.

Jim Carrey's performance in 2009's 'A Christmas Carol' placed him in the running for a Kid's Choice Award for Favorite Voice in an Animated Movie. He is competing against Seth Rogen in 'Monsters vs. Aliens', Ray Romano in 'Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs', and Reese Witherspoon in 'Monsters vs. Aliens'. This is not his first nomination for a KCA – and if he's lucky, it won't be his first win either. Carrey has already won 5 Kid's Choice Awards! Jim Carrey really stepped up his game and gave an award-winning performance in 'A Christmas Carol'. He was the voice of young and old Scrooge, as well as a few of the ghosts. Jim Carrey seems to be a favorite among the young and old – now let's see if he's a favorite at the 2010 Kid's Choice Awards.

The Kid's Choice Awards, which will be held March 27, 2010 at 8 ET, is put on by Nickelodeon and it recognizes children's favorite TV, Music, Movies, Sports, Video Games, and Books.
