Jon Joel Richardson (born 26 September 1982) is an English comedian. He is probably best known for his appearances on 8 out of 10 Cats, and for co-hosting a radio show with Russell Howard. Richardson grew up in Lancaster, Lancashire and attended Lancaster Royal Grammar School. He left Bristol University after studying Hispanic Studies for a year and a half, and subsequently spent some time working as a chef. He then decided to pursue a career in comedy, and lived with fellow comedians Russell Howard, Mark Olver and John Robins for a year. Richardson later moved to Swindon, and lived there for five years. He is now based in Surbiton, London. Richardson entered and won the BBC New Talent Comedy Search in May 2003.
