LCD Soundsystem
LCD Soundsystem is a band fronted by James Murphy, singer and co-founder of the band's record label, DFA Records. The group has released three studio albums. On February 5, 2011, the band announced their retirement.
About LCD Soundsystem
The three albums the band has released are 2005's 'LCD Soundsystem', 2007's 'Sound of Silver' and 2010's 'This is Happening'.
On LCD Soundsystem's albums, James Murphy plays most instrumental parts himself, although while playing live he has a band.
