Luke Perry is an American film, stage, and television actor. In his early 20s, Perry focused his career on becoming an actor in Hollywood. After appearing in bit parts on several soap operas, Perry landed the role of Dylan McKay on the Fox teen drama 'Beverly HIlls, 90210' in 1990. The show became a huge hit on Fox, and Luke Perry became a household name as well as a teen sex symbol. He would continue acting on '90210' until 1995, when he launched a brief film career. Perry returned as a special, permanent guest star in 1998, concluding the role of Dylan McKay in 2000.

Since '90210', Perry's diverse strength as an actor has led to his starring in a slew of television movies, miniseries, and even foreign films and stage productions. The latest acting venue for Perry is the web. On August 17, 2010, as part of NBC Universal Digital Studio, Luke Perry guest starred on 'FCU: Fact Checkers Unit', a web TV comedy.
