Medical Automation is a cross academic and business conference organized by a non-profit called MedicalAutomation.org. This is an annual conference. The 2005 conference was held in Helsinki, Finland and the 2006 Conference is being held in Loudoun County, Virginia, just on the outskirts of Washington, DC. The speakers at the conference include top executives of technology firms and politicians, along with academics. The conference serves as a discussion forum for the latest advances in technology in medicine. The 2005 conference focussed on Wireles Medicine and 2006 Conference focusses on Caring Machines and Optimal Medicine. History: Medical Automation.org (AKA Medical Automation) is a 501c3 non-profit corporation in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Medical Automation was founded on March 23rd, 2000 when it was issued a certificate of incorporation by the State Corporation Commission of Virginia. The organization was founded by Robin A.
