This weight loss system is not only a support system and method, but it also includes weight loss products (Alley states it is the first ever USDA certified organic weight loss product) that are guaranteed to help you loose that unwanted fat. There is the 'Rescue Me' kit, which is supposed to rid your body of toxins and boost your metabolism. 'Release Me' is another product that loads you up with metabolic-burning vitamins and minerals. 'Nightingale' is the third product and claims that it will reduce your cravings and make you feel good. However, like many weight loss products, these statements have not been certified by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

But what does it cost? Of course, you don't only have to purchase these weight loss products, but you must also sign up for either a monthly or yearly membership to have access to the online support system.
