Primus

Primus is an American rock band. Primus formed in 1984 with vocalist and bassist Les Claypool, guitarist Todd Huth and drummer Jay Lane. They are characterized by a certain irreverence, Claypool's insane bass playing and a whimsical approach to music. Primus's most notable songs include the theme from the Comedy Central's 'South Park,' ''My Name is Mud,'' off of 1993's 'Pork Soda' and ''Wynona's Big Brown Beaver,'' off of the 1995 release 'Tales from the Punchbowl.'
