About Ross Palombo

Ross Palombo (born 3 March 1969, Chicago, United States) is an American journalist and television news anchor. Palombo was born in Chicago, Illinois and was raised in the Northwest suburbs. He attended high school in Hinsdale, Park Ridge, and Elk Grove Village and went on to graduate from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Journalism degree in 1991. Palombo began his career as a producer for KRNV (TV) (1992) in Reno, WSVN (1993) in Miami, and WDIV (1994) in Detroit. He then began reporting at WKJG-TV (1995) in Fort Wayne, IN, WHBQ-TV (1995-7) in Memphis, KNXV (1997-2000) in Phoenix, KRON (2000-2005) in San Francisco, KCBS-TV (2006) in Los Angeles, and KGO-TV (2007) in San Francisco.
