About Russell Okung
Russell Okung was a participant in the 2010 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hailing from Oklahoma State as a 6-5, 302-pound Offensive Tackle, Russell elected to stay in school for his senior year and it has proven to be a big payoff. His foot speed isn't as elite as some of his professional counterparts, but with his size and athleticism, he could get there. Some teams would probably put him at right tackle for run-blocking purposes for a season or two until he attains the speed needed to pass-protect the quarterback's blind side.
Russell was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
