Size

Knowing your size is an important part looking good. In general, the size of something is based off of a series of measurements. Pants and jeans sizes are usually measured in terms of circumference of the waist line, and length of inseam, and out-seam (for more details see ''pants''). Shirts and sweaters for men and women are either come in standard shirt and sizes like small, medium, large and extra large or by the circumference of the chest, neck, sleeve length, etc. Women's dress and suit sizes can vary from label to label but are often standardized by falling between a range of specific measurements. Sizes for shoes are determined by the length and width of the foot.
