About Slush Puppie

Slush Puppie is a slush beverage marketed by Slush Puppie, which is currently a division of The ICEE Company, and through its Slush Puppie Distributors in the U.S. Slush Puppie was acquired by ICEE on May 30, 2006. A Slush Puppie has two major components; the base and the flavoring. The base is made from a special syrup that is mixed with water and then frozen. This creates a mixture resulting in pellets of ice in a sweet liquid. The taste is simply that of the flavored syrup. Flavors include Grape, Cherry, Watermelon, Lemon-Lime, Strawberry, Strawberry-Kiwi, Strawberry-Banana, Blue Raspberry, Pia Colada, Bubble Gum, Mango, Shocker (a sour flavor), Tropical Bahama Mama, Cherry Cola, Blue Vanilla, Apple, Cola and Orange Frenzy. Three new flavors have been recently added: Mixed Berry, Sour Apple, and Sour Lemon. Many other flavors are often made by mixing two or more different flavors.
