About Sting

In 1977, Sting moved to London and formed The Police with Stewart Copeland and Henry Padovani. Their sound is best described as rock with touches of reggae and new wave.

Between 1977 and 1983, they released three full length albums and won six Grammy Awards. Their most successful song was Every Breath You Take off 1983's 'Synchronicity.'

In 2007, The Police reformed and went on a world tour.

Sting has also acted in several movies and television. He appeared in movies like 'Bruno' and 'Bee Movie' and the television shows Saturday Night Live, All McBeal and many others.
