Summer X Games 16 takes place from July 29, 2010-August 1, 2010. Events can be watched on ESPN, ESPN 2, and ESPN 3 online.
Status Updates:
Moto X Speed & Style Final ends Pastrana w/gold, Adams w/Silver, and Stenberg w/Bronze. Adams puts up a hard challenge but Mr. X Games was too fast for him. And with the end of Moto X Speed & Style so ends X Games 16.
The Women's Skate Street Final ends with Sablone w/Gold, Bufoni w/Silver, and Dal Santo w/Bronze. Dal Santo, last years winner, was good but then other girls were better.
Skateboard Park Finals ends, Barros w/gold, MacDonald w/silver, and Kowalski w/bronze. Barros hits the course full force, but Caples wasn't able to place.
Skateboard Big Air Rail Jam ends with Burnquist taking gold, Lorifice with silver and Slone with bronze. Burnquist stayed out in front just like he did in Skateboard Big Air Final. Untouchable would be a good name for him.
Due to the US Open coverage started late but the Game of SK8 Finals is over with Sandoval getting gold without getting a single letter. Fellers couldn't keep up with the front-side kick flips and was left with silver.
The Summer X Games 16 BMX Street Final standing are: Reynolds earns 3rd consecutive Gold medal in BMX Street! Reynolds take Gold w/ a 96.33, Enarson takes Silver w/ a 90, and Kachinsky leaves w/ an 88 to earn Bronze.
SuperRally ends with Foust w/gold, Deegan w/silver, and Verdier w/bronze. It was fast, frantic, and fantastic a great way to wrap up the third day of X Games 16.
BMX Big Air concludes with Kagy with gold, McCann with silver, and newcomer Buckworth getting Bronze. Last year's champ Robinson was unable to complete his runs due to his shoulder.
The Rally Car Racing is over and due to the tight, confusing dirt course Deegan gets a red flag and Foust ends up with gold. He loves that he won but really wants another go-round.
The results for Skateboard Street are: Sheckler earns Gold with 92.66, Huston takes Silver with a 91.33, Decenzo earns Bronze with a 90. Ryan Sheckler earns Gold in Skateboard Street after ankle injury keeps him from 09 X Games.
The BMX Park Final Results are in! Dhers takes Gold w/ a 79, Enarson earns Silver w/ a 76, Young takes Bronze w/ a 69. Dhers earn his 3rd X Games Gold medal in Bmx Park (07, 08, 10).
Skate Vert wasn't enough for Gagnon. He had to win the Skate Vert Best Trick competion too. Skateboard Vert Best Trick standing: Gold: Gagnon, Silver: McKay, Bronze: Burnquist.
The results are in. Rosen takes a big fall but is ok. Sinclair comes back with a double back flip and takes the show. Moto X Best Trick Final standing: Gold: Sinclair, Silver: Maddison, Bronze: Higashino.
Gagnon denies White for the Skate Vert gold. The Flying Tomato hits hard but couldn't please the judges enough for the win.
Moto X Best Whip has finished and the fans ate up Potter's performance earning him 52% of the vote.
And it's done. Moto X Step Up is complete with Buyten the victor. Reaching the dizzying height of 33.6 feet, the Moto X pole vault is over. Moto X Step Up Final standing: Gold: Buyten (33.6').
BMX Freestyle results are in! The Top 10 to move on are: Morrow, Reynolds, Enarson, Hickerson, Roche, Harrington, Sexton, Simms, Ross, Kachinsky. You can see the Finals Sunday, August 1 on ESPN 2 at 1 PM EST.
The Adaptive Moto X results are in!!! What a race!!! Mike Schultz takes the Gold at X Games 16, Todd Thompson earns a Silver, Beau Meier takes Bronze. Mike wins Adaptive Moto X with a sweet over the top pass! Congrats!
Skate Park Elimination has finished! The Top 10 to advance: Barros 87, Macdonald 83, Kowalski 80, Lasek 78, Caples 74, Monroe 73, Hassan 72, Bingamon 70, Bartie 69, and Glifberg 68. The Skateboard Park Final is Sunday August 1st at 7PM on ESPN2.
The Top 10 to advance to Skateboard Street Finals are: Scheckler 95, Ortiz 93, Ramos 90, Gravette 87.66, Decenzo 83.33, Appleyard 81.33, Huston 80, Fellers 78, Reed 77.33, and Anderson 77. Skateboard Street Final's begin Saturday at 2 PM EST on ESPN.
The Top 10 to advance in BMX Park are: Young, Banasiewicz 82, Canina 75, Smith 74, Enarson 72, Hawk 72, Bohan 71, Mast 68, Cranmer 67, and Darden 67. BMX Park Finals are Saturday on ESPN at 2 PM EST.
Sherwood tries to squeeze out a win but Pastrana set the bar just a bit too high. Moto X Freestyle Final standing: Gold: Pastrana(80), Silver: Sherwood(79), Bronze: Adams(71).
Men'S Super X Final standing: Gold: Grant, Silver: Brayton, Bronze: Hansen.
Patterson crashed and was eliminated. Women's Super X Final standings: Gold: Fiolek, Silver: Gieger, Bronze: Price.
Skateboard Big Air Final standing: Gold: Brown(93.66), Silver: Burnquist(93), Bronze: Lorifice(87.66).
