Former chefs at Wolfgang Puck's famed Los Angeles restaurant, for mamy year Tim and Barbara Felver have owned and operated French Pantry, one of Jacksonville's most successful bakeries and sought-after lunch spots for business professionals. The 5,000-square-foot building houses a quaint cafiS serving a weekday lunch only, with the remainder of the space devoted to a wholesale and retail bakery business that supplies French-style breads (baguettes, rye, wheat and focaccia), rolls and desserts to a number of area restaurants, hotels and country clubs.
