The Unit is one of the coolest shows on television. It follows the lives of a special forces unit, modeled off of real-life Delta Force. Members of the 'The Unit' are commonly hand selected from the Army Rangers, U.S. Military Intelligence, and Special Forces.

About The Unit

The show is based loosely on the book written by producer Eric Haney. The book is entitled 'Inside Delta Force.' The purpose behind the show is to describe the daily lives of the members in 'The Unit.' The show covers the operators during training and operational mission, as well as their individual family lives back home.
