Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling is a privately held professional wrestling promotion founded by Jeff Jarrett and Jerry Jarrett. The company broadcasts its events on television and the Internet fifty two weeks a year with over a million weekly viewers on its primary television program, Impact Wrestling on Spike. TNA also gains revenue from live events, product licensing, and direct product sales. In 2002, Panda Energy International and its head executive, Robert Carter, purchased a controlling share (71%) in TNA from co-founder Jerry Jarrett. In 2009, Carter and Panda Energy acquired the rest of TNA (28%) from its Vice-President and Co-Founder, Jeff Jarrett, placing Carter as Owner and Chairman of TNA. Carter's daughter, Dixie, is President of the company. TNA headquarters is located in Nashville, Tennessee; its operating company TNA Entertainment, LLC operates out of Universal Studios Florida in Orlando, Florida.
